The Kenai River Fishing Estate is a 2.5 acre property providing Kenai River accommodations on the world renowned Kenai River, that offers privacy and comfort to those in search of exceptional accommodations in Alaska.

 

Kenai River accommodations, located in Soldotna, which is centrally located between Seward and Homer, on Alaska's Kenai Peninsula.

 

 

Our Kenai River accommodations are conveniently located near:

The Kenai River, which runs alongside our Kenai River accommodations, is the home to the following species of fish:

  • King Salmon
  • Silver Salmon
  • Red Salmon
  • Pink Salmon
  • Rainbow Trout


At our Kenai River accommodations, you can expect a warm welcome from your host, beautifully landscaped lawns and flower areas in conjunction with native Alaskan forest, fresh vegetables and cut-flowers (when in season) from our large vegetable and flower garden. Because our Kenai River accommodations offer only two accommodations on the entire 2.5 acre property, you will have exceptional privacy after a long day of fishing or sightseeing.

Location: 34525 Keystone Drive, Soldotna Alaska

Directions: The Kenai River Fishing Estate is located 2.5 miles from the Fred Meyers which is on the Sterling Hwy in Soldotna. From the Sterling Hwy, turn onto E. ReDoubt Road (at the Holiday gas station). Follow ReDoubt Road approximately 2.5 miles. The property is on your right. It has a numerical marker 34525 and a large gate.


Our Kenai River accommodations is staffed by our caretaker, he will be present during your stay to make sure that all your needs are met. He can assist you with local information, places of interest and help you “hook” up with local fishing guides. He lives in the caretaker apartment right on the property. Our Kenai River accommodations are considered self-catering. That is, we do not provide any meals or daily maid service. No pets & no smoking inside the accommodations (outside smoking only). 

 

If you choose to drive, our Kenai River accommodations is a 3 hour scenic drive from Anchorage. The scenery and wildlife viewing includes highlights such as Turnagain Arm, Bird Point, Portage Glacier, Turnagain Pass, Kenai Lake and Cooper Landing.

Should you choose to fly, there are frequent flights from Anchorage to Kenai which is approximately a 30 minute flight.
